When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 8 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

Do you sell fresh chillies or chilli-based products?

At present, we only sell chilli seeds.

How long does it take for chilli seeds to germinate?

Germination typically takes 7-14 days under ideal conditions (20-28°C), but some superhot varieties like Carolina Reaper and Ghost Chilli (Capsicum Chinense species) can take up to 28 days. Patience is key with these types!

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only deliver within the UK.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over £25.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns for chilli seeds in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us to arrange a return.

What is the origin of the seeds?

All our seeds are harvested from chillies grown locally in the UK.

Are your seeds isolated to avoid cross-pollination?

We take every precaution to ensure that our seeds are grown in controlled conditions, minimising the risk of cross-pollination. While we cannot guarantee 100% isolation, we make every effort to ensure the purity of our varieties.
